Departure: until 10:00
At check-in, please kindly present your ID cards/passports to our colleagues, as according to legal regulations every guest must present a photo ID for digital registration.
(If you require a late check-out, please inform the reception. We will assist depending on availability.)

If you have any questions or requests (whether it is an extra pillow or the address of the best pizzeria in Szolnok), feel free to contact our reception desk.
🤫 THE ISLAND OF TRANQUILITY
Our hotel is located in the green zone of the city center, where peace and quiet prevail.
Please respect the rest of other guests between 22:00 and 08:00, both in the corridors and in the rooms.

🚭 NON-SMOKING ZONE / CLEAN AIR
Atryum Hotel is a non-smoking hotel.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed in rooms or common areas.
Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping protect our environment.
Violation of this rule will result in an extra cleaning fee of 5,000 HUF.
☕ BREAKFAST – START YOUR DAY RIGHT!
Our rich breakfast is served every day between 07:00 and 10:00 in the breakfast room.
If you plan to leave earlier or have special dietary requirements (including allergen-free options), please inform reception in advance.

🧹 HOUSEKEEPING & ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Daily cleaning takes place between 10:00 and 14:00.

If you leave your towel on the rack, it means you would like to use it again. This helps us save a significant amount of water and energy.
We only wash towels that are left on the floor.

💳 PAYMENT INFORMATION
To finalize your reservation, a 30% deposit is required (50% during peak periods).
Accepted payment methods:

- Bank card (VISA / MasterCard)
- SZÉP cards issued by OTP and MKB
The Tourist Tax (IFA) must be paid separately on site.
📅 CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation: up to 7 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation within 7 days or no-show, the paid deposit will be treated as a cancellation fee.
🛋️ USE OF HOTEL EQUIPMENT
All guests must use the hotel’s furnishings properly and with due care.
It is strictly forbidden to remove furniture, textiles, or technical equipment from the hotel premises or move them to another room.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by improper use and must compensate the damage on site.
🔑 ROOM KEY & MAGNETIC CARD
Please return the key card to the reception upon departure.
Replacement fee for lost keys or cards: 5,000 HUF.
🎒 LOST & FOUND
The hotel stores found items for 3 months from the date they are found.
If requested, we can send the item by cash-on-delivery postal service (postal costs are the guest’s responsibility).
For safety reasons, hygiene products and perishable food items are not stored and will be disposed of immediately.
📹 VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM
Please note that the hotel’s common areas are monitored by an electronic surveillance system (CCTV) for property protection and personal safety.
All recordings are handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
🔥 FIRE & SAFETY REGULATIONS
Compliance with fire and safety regulations is mandatory for all guests.
It is forbidden to store flammable materials in rooms or operate personal electrical cooking devices, irons, or heaters.
In case of a fire alarm, please follow the emergency escape routes displayed in the corridors.
Covering or damaging smoke detectors may result in official legal action.
